Due to continued growth and expansion Mosquito Shieldis seeking technicians to help service our territory for the 2024 season from May October. Mosquito Shield is a firstclass company specializing in mosquito and tick control. If you have the right attitude are selfmotivated and youre a people person that understands what it takes to provide great customer satisfaction we have an amazing opportunity to join our team beginning in April. We will license and train hired individuals if you are not currently registered in Minnesota. If you already have a valid Minnesota pesticide applicator license this is a plus! Sign on bonus for currently licensed technicians $1000)paid via 3 equal installments through season completion.
This is a ground floor opportunity for the right individual. With Mosquito Shield youll earn competitive base pay with incentives. You will have the potential to earn $650 $1000 per week weather permitting. Responsibilities:
- Ability to work independently and be able to manage a daily route to completion.
- Customer service skills are a must! Each technician should maximize and exceed customer expectations.
- Maintain a clean vehicle and ensure proper safety protocols are met for equipment and pesticide usage.
- Apply mosquito andtick control treatments to customers properties via a backpack sprayer.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to pass drug screening.
- Must be able to learn and use electronic routing system via mobile device.
- Must be able to lift and carry a 4045lb backpack sprayer.
- Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally qualified to work in the United States
- Applicants with valid MN pesticide license preferred but not required.
