About the Position
WHSmith Australia is constantly growing and innovating. Our latest area of growth is the newly acquired Alfred Hospital estate. We are opening multiple brand new state of the art hospitality facilities during the year. We are currently looking for a FullTime Team Leader to support the closing shifts for our sites:
As a Team Leader you are responsible forensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. Other responsibilities include:
- Training team members in store processes and procedures.
- Maintaining a clean workspace in accordance with Food by WHSmith hygiene Standards.
- Reporting and communicating necessary information and feedback to the Store Manager regarding any and all aspects of store operations.
- Assist in the preparation of both food and beverages/coffees.
About You
To be considered for these roles you must display the following:
- Barista experience is highly regarded (training can also be provided on the job)
- At least 2 years experience in a similar Team Leader role.
- Must be available for closing shifts Monday Friday 12pm 8pm)
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of general caf operations in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
