Job Description
Pendo is seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Events Manager to take our industry conferences and trade shows to the next level. This candidate will own the planning coordination and of our sponsored events ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed while bringing creative outofthebox ideas to life. From eyecatching booth designs to innovative engagement strategies this candidate will create memorable experiences that make our brand stand out.
The ideal candidate is hyperorganized with a sharp eye for detail and thrives in a fastpaced environment. This person is a creative strategist who understands how to drive ROI and meaningful business connections from every event. This person will develop preevent outreach campaigns to maximize booth traffic and onsite meetings design booth experiences that are the talk of the show execute seamlessly onsite and implement postevent follow up processes that convert event leads into pipeline.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning coordination and of all aspects of industry conferences and trade shows that Pendo attends
- Develop creative boundarypushing booth concepts and interative experiences that differentiate our brand and drive meaningful engagement
- Own event logistics including vendor managment booth design staffing schedules and budget tracking
- Collaborate with marketing sales and customer success teams to create targeted preevent outreach campaigns to drive booth traffic and secure highvalue meeting opportunities
- Manage lead capture followup processes and postevent reporting to maximize pipeline generation and conversion rates
- Implement datadriven approaches to track and analyze event performance
- Identify new event opportunities and negotiate sponsorships that align with our business objectives
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of three 3 years of experience in event management ideally within a B2B SaaS or a similarly dynamic and highgrowth environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing industry events that drive business results
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to blend creativity with operational rigor approaching each detail with a strategic mindset while maintaining a handson approach to
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and sustain relationships and collaborate effectively across diverse teams
- Adaptable and composed in fastpaced environments showing a high degree of initiative and resourcefulness
- Ability to travel as needed for events
Preferred Qualifications:
- Creative mindset with a passion for experiential marketing
- Demonstrated success in driving eventgenerated pipeline
- Strong background in the B2B SaaS industry with an understanding of its unique event and audience engagement dynamics
- Highlevel proficiency in Google Suite Salesforce Vendelux event technology platforms and lead capture tools

Compensation
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of many compensation benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.
The expected base salary range for this role in the following location is:
San Francisco CA is $100000 $123200
New York NY is $90000 $115000
Individual pay rate decisions including offers made within and over the expected salary range are based on a number of factors including qualifications for the role experience level skillset and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
