The Role: Estimator Nerang
This is your chance to shine as a skilled Estimator within our vibrant team in Nerang. Youll be at the heart of the action ensuring that every vehicle repair is quoted managed and completed to perfection. Youll provide unparalleled customer service to clients and work providers while taking ownership of repair processes that set industry standards.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build meaningful longterm relationships with clients and work providers.
- Provide precise timely quotes that adhere to repair cost targets and insurance guidelines.
- Conduct onsite offsite and online quotes to meet varying client needs.
- Perform detailed vehicle inspections mapping and imaging to ensure topquality results.
- Manage parts and suppliers for smooth costeffective repairs.
- Oversee the repair journey ensuring every vehicle is restored to its preaccident condition.
- Deliver the final product with pride ensuring customer satisfaction every step of the way.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience in the collision repair industry (essential).
- A strong commitment to workplace safety.
- A positive attitude excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Reliability hard work and a collaborative spirit.
