The IT Security Specialist Identity Access Management (IAM) will have exposure to multiple security disciplines relating to the Identity Access Management (IAM) & Access Certification program which resides in the IAM Security/IT organization. This role focuses on access security controls automation identifying and implementing process efficiencies that support the Companys growth and strategies. This position is ONSITE ONLY and you must be located or willing to relocate to Phoenix AZ / Dallas TX / or Columbus OH.

• Supports access certifications efforts creating documentation pulling reports and validating accuracy and completeness.
• Perform assigned work to expected timelines and per established procedures.
• Participate in IAM securityrelated projects and data analysis that supports overall process maturity and automation.
• Build relationships with application owners answer questions and provide guidance to complete the quarterly Access Certification.
• Perform corrective actions and remediation activities.
• Occasional overtime may be required to finish critical deliverables.

What youll need:

• Bachelors degree or associate degree with equivalent experience in lieu of a Bachelors degree.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Access Certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM) program.
• Working Knowledge of IAM processes IAM tools technologies (e.g. Active Directory SailPoint) (Preferred).
• Working Knowledge of regulatory and audit requirements (e.g. SOX LAM IA).
• High degree of organization individual initiative and personal accountability in a fastpaced environment.
• Superior analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal) with a demonstrated ability to engage influence and drive collaboration across stakeholders.
• Ability to explain complex information to colleagues using clear simple language.
• Experience in PowerShell SQL Python (Preferred).
• Experience in PowerBi (Preferred).
• Experience in Azure DevOps (Preferred).
• Intermediate to Advanced experience in MS Excel (Data Entry Formatting functions VBA Pivot table creation and manipulation) required.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Access Word PowerPoint and Visio) required.
• Good understanding of project management principles and practices such as Agile Kanban and Scrum.
