Private Client Solicitor 3 PQE Bridgwater
We are seeking a skilled MidLevel Private Client Solicitor. The successful candidate will have a solid background in private client law including estate planning wills trusts and probate matters. You will work closely with clients to deliver highquality legal services and build lasting relationships.
Provide expert legal advice on estate planning wills trusts and probate issues.
Draft and review legal documents including wills trust deeds and powers of attorney.
Manage a diverse caseload ensuring timely and efficient progress.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
Stay current with legal developments and best practices in private client law.
Collaborate with other legal professionals and departments within the firm.
Qualified Solicitor with 36 years of experience in private client law.
Strong knowledge of relevant legal frameworks and practices.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle complex cases and provide clear practical advice.
Proficiency in drafting legal documents with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
