Job Description

-

  • M. Pharm (Pharmacology / Pharmaceutical Analysis) / . (Biochemistry / Pharmaceutical Chemistry) with 7-10 years or Ph.D. with 2-5 years experience
  • Expertise in designing and execution of DMPK studies to support ADC as well as antibody programs
  • Extensive experience on quantification of antibodies therapeutic protein ADC and peptides using LC-MS/MS or MSD or ELISA.
  • Well versed with handling of BioPharma finder Maxquant Spectronaut and other relevant software
  • Leverage current and new techniques for function-based identification and selection of antibody-drug-conjugate (ADC) mAb lead drug candidates with the understanding of their DMPK properties ensuring the safe and effective delivery of novel therapeutics.
  • Interpret DMPK data and provide insights to project teams.
  • Represent the group in internal and external meeting.
  • Maintain strong relationship with other departments to understand ADC challenges and propose solutions from target concept to IND stage
  • Responsible for preparation of relevant SOP protocolsreports etc. to support various regulatory and non-regulatorysubmission.

Strong understanding of various concepts of DMPK including PK-PD tox and excellent communication skills driving innovation managing teams is added advantage
