The Role
Were hiring a Head of Growth Marketing to oversee all marketing demand generation and conversion activities. The Head of Growth Marketing will oversee the strategy and of all Overjets paid media and website activities to drive both businesses. Responsible for all of Overjets marketing demand gen initiatives the ideal candidate must possess excellent quantitative skills and be a strong strategic thinker who can build acquisition strategies that support discrete business goals.
Responsibilities
- Leading the development of Overjets marketing acquisition / conversion plans and managing their tactical delivery including measurement and results tracking.
- Paid Media: Leading the strategy and of Overjets paid media presence across all channels including search programmatic social direct mail and print media.
- Website: Owning the website and all key site flows landing pages and lead forms that drive leads towards conversion. Optimizing the site for SEO.
- Budget Management: Outlining and actively managing the budget supporting all working marketing investments.
- Volume Forecasting: Partnering with sales and finance to develop a forecast on the number of clinic leads we should expect based on our investment levels and then being accountable for that number.
- Partner & Channel Management: Working with advertising partners to optimize our spend negotiate pricing and monitor / optimize the performance of various marketing assets.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partnering with engineering (internally or externally) to optimize our website; partnering with sales to ensure strong alignment on targeting strategy.
- Measurement & Reporting: Partnering with analytics and sharing out the results of all paid marketing investments to the Csuite in partnership with the VP of Marketing.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in acquisition or performance marketing
- 3 years of experience in B2B demand generation
- Strong experience in paid social and SEO
- Strong project management and organization skills with the ability to independently manage multiple initiatives at once
- Entrepreneurial spirit with an ability to build Overjets marketing acquisition strategy in an ambitious highgrowth startup environment
- Bachelors degree
- Proficient in Pardot and Salesforce

Many of our positions are based in San Mateo New York City Boston and Lahore. The Jetsetters who live in these geohubs come to the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays while having the option to work from home the rest of the week.
