Overview

NaphCare is hiring aCertified Nursing Assistant/Patient Care Technician (CNA/PCT)just like you located at the Arizona Department of Corrections Yuma in San Luis AZ.Full Time Shifts Part Time PRN and 813 week temporary contracts are available! Pay rates range from$17.50$25.00per hour based on employment status shift specific facility site needs licensure and experience. PRN shifts and hours vary based on coverage needs and will be determined by site leadership and prn employee availability.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for Certified Nursing Assistant/Patient Care Technician (CNA/PCT):

  • Assist with direct patient care procedures
  • Obtain patient history
  • Take Vital Signs
  • Prepare Charts
  • Assist with medical examinations
  • Perform routine procedures under stablished protocols (to include but not limited to phlebotomy EKGs dressing changes and wound cultures)

Qualifications

Qualifications for Certified Nursing Assistant/Patient Care Technician (CNA/PCT):

  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate
  • Current Certification as Certified Nursing Assistant in Arizona
  • Valid CPR Card
  • Minimum of 1year clinical experience in a healthcare setting preferably correctional healthcare
