PRACTICE SPECIFICS
- Looking for a strong patientcentered team player with a desire to serve in a learning/teaching environment that will do broadspectrum Family Medicine; OB is required CSections are optional
- Desire someone that loves the smalltown atmosphere and a commitment to work/life balance
- If this is you join a current team of 5 Physicians 4 APCs and Additional Staff
- Admit to adjacent Hayward Area Memorial Hospital: 25bed critical access hospital
- Outpatient and Inpatient Practice
- On site lab pharmacy & Xray
- Patient volume: 1421 per day in the clinic
- Current practice of 1 DOs and 4 MDs
- Round at the local nursing home
- Call is shared with other clinics in town schedule is approx. 2 weekdays per month and 1 weekend a month (shared with a colleague)
- Hospital has 24hour ER coverage

- OB required Csection optional
LOCATION
- 73 miles from Duluth MN; 140 miles from Minneapolis/St. Paul
- Service area: 8000 in the winter months; 24000 in the summer months
- Hayward population: 7000

SALARY AND BENEFIT PACKAGE
- Excellent compensation bonus and benefits package including malpractice insurance coverage
