Job Description

We are looking for an Automotive Finance Manager to join our growing team! The right candidate will be ambitious have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to meet and exceed goals. Daytoday tasks will include developing client relationships and providing product solutions that best meet our customers needs. The sales manager will also assist in Managing our sales team. Our sales manager will also be in charge of managing inventory staff and maintaining a acceptable profit margin.
An automotive finance manager also known as a finance and insurance (F&I) managerhelps customers finance the purchase of a vehicle from a dealership.They also work to generate revenue for the dealership by selling financing and insurance programs.
Some of the responsibilities of an automotive finance manager include:
  • Customer service:Assessing the needs of car buyers and presenting them with appropriate financing plans
  • Training:Training the sales team on available financing and lease programs
  • Compliance:Ensuring that all transactions meet federal state and local regulations
  • Paperwork:Completing vehicle sale paperwork in a timely manner and verifying that all paperwork is completed correctly and filed properly
Relationships:Building and maintaining relationships with lending agencies to secure competitive interest rates
Sales incentives:Providing sales incentives for finance and insurance
Collection:Overseeing the collection of finance and insurance fees
Some skills that are helpful for automotive finance managers include:Strong communication skills Detailoriented Strong math skills Knowledge of F&I regulations and compliance and Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life
  • Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings optional packages and the latest technologies
  • Perform highquality professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
  • Followup with buyers to ensure successful referral business
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives planned activities reviews and analyses
  • Bring your A game along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day
Qualifications
  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends
  • Selfstarter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
  • Ready to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs eager to improve
  • Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
