Your role will be focused on overseeing the relationships of the company with its most important clients. The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships with strategic customers and identify their needs to promote our companys solutions and maintain satisfaction.
The goal is to sustain and grow our business achieve longterm success and keep our users updated on the evolution of a platform used by hundreds of thousands of corporate lawyers around the world.
The candidate will also build customer relationships as an account manager supporting users in their daybyday work and helping to realize their full potential on DiliTrust Suite. In addition to account management he will be responsible for incorporating feedback from the customers into new opportunities to improve DiliTrusts products services processes and tools.
Key Account Manager responsibilities in DiliTrust include:
Learn and understand the specificity of each of your clients to best tailor your relationship and properly advise customers as their main contact point
Effectively prioritize and lead a portfolio of customers to expand the business and consistently meet/exceed quarterly targets
Work closely with Customers educating them about DiliTrusts high standards of Customer Experience
Enable customers to learn and master DiliTrusts Suite so they may become selfsufficient in handling their digital legal processes and performance efficiently.
Track and report business development results analyse data and interpret information related to your portfolio of customers
Prioritize your time optimally to achieve your targets and strategically collaborate with the Marketing and Sales departments.
Requirement:
7 or more years of proven related experience in SaaS companies
Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle: identification of upselling / crossselling opportunities building relationships with stakeholders and negotiation
Demonstrated track record of success in account management or management consulting roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply
Ability to work with a wide range of people at all decisionmaking levels.
Computer skills (Salesforce Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint Jira).
Interested in new technologies the capable internet user
Fluency in Italian and English
