Job Description
The Site Manager position is a handson role responsible for managing the game day operations and the onfield customer experience.
The responsibilities of this position includes but is not limited to:
- field set up and break down for game day events
- ensure program operates on time
- conduct parent meetings when required
- point of contact for all onfield inquiries including resolution of all disputes or conflicts
- answer customer questions and proactively interact with the parents at the field
- manage/direct a group of volunteer coaches and staff to ensure a positive experience for both the players and parents
- distribute all pertinent information to staff parents and coaches
- serve as the onfield official/referee liaison
- act as a replacement referee or team coach when necessary
- organize equipment for daily distribution
- ensure the integrity of the brand
- manage all special events at the field (such as opening day award presentations etc)
- ensure the venue is cleaned and returned to original condition after each game day/event
- manage the sale of merchandise onsite (i.e. mouth guards concessions if applicable)
- creating schedules and team rosters
- assigning volunteer coaches
- preseason and inseason communication to staff coaches and parents

8am3pm
