Job Description:
- Answers and directs phone calls and walkin inquiries to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Provides information about the organizations services policies and procedures to visitors.
- Maintains and updates records of visitors inquiries and complaints.
- Monitors and maintains the cleanliness and organization of the information desk area.
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure accurate and uptodate information is provided to visitors.

Skills:
- Must possess general office and multitasking skills.
- Requires good listening and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of standardmedical terminology.
- Ability to type 35 words per minute.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Enjoys working with the public and possesses a friendly helpful attitude.
Experience:
Two years of customer service experience required.
