Job Description
Picerne Real Estate Group has been building and managing properties on a continuing basis since 1925. With 3 generations of Picerne leadership providing continued growth on a national stage pride of ownership is very important to our company. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician with proven skills for an apartment communitieslocated in Middletown RI. A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain the upkeep of a propertys grounds
- Making ready apartments (punching andpainting)
- Running work order tickets
- Oncall maintenance emergencies
- Special assigned property projects
- Snow removal
- Providing exceptional customer services to residents
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma/equivalent
- Valid drivers license required
- Reliable vehicle

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician with proven skills for an apartment community located in Warwick RI. A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation of marketready units including basic mechanical carpentry plumbing and electrical as needed in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate effective and exceptional communication skills for communicating with residents coworkers and management.
- Demonstrate ability to contribute to and foster a team approach to serving residents and maintaining a successful community.
- Snow removal.
- Responsible for assisting custodial team with upkeep of grounds amenities building exteriors leasing office clubhouse parking lots and other community buildings as needed.
- Contribute to the achievement of occupancy goals by completing all tasks pridefully and successfully.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid drivers license required
- Background and drug screening required
- Reliable vehicle
- MondayFriday 8:00 am4:30 pm with rotating oncall
