Behavior Technician/RBT Training & (RBT) Certification Offered!
- Location: Tracy Mountain House
- Pay: $20.00 $23.00 per hour
- Job Type: PARTTIME 10 hours 25 hours per week)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday typically 3PM8PM and some weekends
- Work Setting: Inhome setting
What Youll Be Doing:
As a Behavior Technician/RBT you will provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to children with autism or other disabilities in their homes. Your role will involve implementing individualized behavioral programs collecting data on client progress and working closely with families to ensure a positive and supportive environment. This is a fantastic entrylevel position for anyone interested in psychology education social work therapy or special education. Youll be making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 behavior programs in clients homes (training provided)
- Engage with children in a fun and energetic way to support learning and development
- Collect accurate data on client progress
- Collaborate with families to provide a safe supportive environment
- Participate in team meetings and receive ongoing training and mentorship
Qualifications:
- Positive enthusiastic attitude and a passion for working with children
- RBT certification is a plus but we will cover the cost of obtaining it!
- Spanishspeaking is a plus
- CPR & First Aid Certification is required!
- Desire to become a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) with our help!
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
- Reliability and a willingness to work with a variety of clients
- Experience with children or individuals with disabilities is a plus but not required
- Behavioral knowledge/experience is preferred but not necessary
- Valid California drivers license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Requirements:
- Availability to work a consistent schedule (afternoons/evenings with some weekend/morning availability)
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Must have reliable transportation valid auto insurance and drivers license
- This job requires a criminal background check
- This job requires a Physical (past year) and TB Test (past 90 days)
- This job requires a CPR & First Aid Certification
