Linkitall (LIA) is seeking an Administrative Assistant who will provide crucial support across office management and HR. This role is responsible for managing office operations assisting in recruiting efforts and supporting the business development team. LIA is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that links the expertise of human resources with the functionality of leadingedge technology to deliver missioncentric professional services.

Responsibilities:
Office Management:
Provide executive support including managing the executive members calendar and HR Calendar and scheduling meetings.
Create Maintain and update office policies procedures and SOPs.
Manage office supplies including business cards maintenance and vendor relationships ensuring a wellorganized and fully equipped office environment; Maintain and assist in ordering posters and compliance documents for the office.
Assist with administrative tasks including maintaining physical and digital files answering calls and handling correspondence.
Coordinate office events including celebrations inhouse or offsite meetings and conferences.
Monitor and manage company certification deadlines and ensure compliance with all renewal requirements.
Enforce office policy as necessary.
Maintain online files and physical personnel records to ensure all files are uniform and properly placed.
Answer direct phone calls.
Maintain and develop a contact list for the office.
Create develop and review memorandum documents as required.
Assist in conducting cost savings initiatives by researching the best pricing options regarding vendors and service providers.
Assist in planning inhouse or offsite activities like parties celebrations and conferences.
Participate in training and educational opportunities.
Providing data entry support to BD team as needed
Recruitment and HR Support:
Collaborate with HR on recruiting efforts including posting job descriptions monitoring applications and onboarding new hires.
Assist in maintaining employee records and managing HRrelated compliance such as employment law and office certifications.
Update HR calendars with key dates for employee evaluations certifications and other HRrelated milestones. (e.g. birthdays employee evaluations V3 WOTC anniversaries etc).
Assist with the companys certification deadlines and submission
Other duties as required.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
3 years of experience in office management HR and recruitment.
Prior experience in government contracting is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel PowerPoint Teams and Outlook.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
Strong familiarity with IT systems office management software and cybersecurity best practices
