Were excited to announce an opening for a Tow Truck Driver to enhance our service client experience. As a cornerstone of customer satisfaction our pickup and delivery service is expanding and we are adding a third dedicated driver to our team!
Job Description: The Tow Truck Driver will perform vehicle pickups and deliveries ensuring our clients a seamless and positive experience.
This role is critical in fostering our reputation as one of the friendliest dealerships in the area.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a lightduty tow truck including vehicles with manual transmissions.
- Load and unload vehicles carefully and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and timely tracking and documentation of the activity log.
- Inspect the tow truck before and after each shift to ensure optimal operation.
- Respond promptly to calls providing estimated times of arrival to managers or team members.
- Report any operational issues or incidents to dispatch immediately.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating tow trucks including proficiency with manual transmissions.
- A clean and valid drivers license.
- Demonstrable reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
