Job Description
At The Learning Experience we are dedicated to providing a nurturing environment where children can grow learn and thrive. Our mission is to inspire childrens love for learning by offering a curriculum that encourages curiosity creativity and socialemotional development. As a leader in early childhood education we are looking for a passionate and dynamic Center Director to oversee the daily operations of our Newington center.
As the Center Director you will play a key leadership role in managing the daytoday operations of the center ensuring highquality education and care and fostering a positive and supportive environment for children parents and staff. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader with a passion for early childhood education.
- Oversee all aspects of daily center operations including staff management curriculum delivery and facility maintenance.
- Lead and mentor a team of teachers and staff to ensure that all policies procedures and state regulations are followed.
- Create and maintain a safe clean and welcoming environment for children and families.
- Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication and support.
- Manage budgets staff schedules and ensure the center meets performance and financial goals.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to grow enrollment.
- Monitor and evaluate childrens progress and ensure educational goals are being met.
- Ensure compliance with all local state and federal licensing regulations and health and safety standards.
- Previous experience in a leadership role in early childhood education preferably as a Center Director or Assistant Director.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development and state licensing requirements.
- Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build a positive culture and foster a highperforming team.
- Passionate about providing a safe and educational environment for children.
- Annual Salary: Up to $60000
- Performancebased Bonus: Up to $5000 annually

Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
