Job Description
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicinephysician to join our practice located at FPN Family Medicine West Lafayette in West Lafayette IN.
WHAT WE NEED:
Ideal candidate will have a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build longlasting relationships with patients and their families. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
Average outpatient volume: 18 24 patients/day
Weekday Call: Physicians takes own call
Weekend Call: 1:4
Holiday Call: 1:4
Common Diagnoses:
Child and adult wellness visits
Chronic Back pain
Diabetes
Hypertension
Heart failure
Onsite equipment
EKG
Lab onsite
