Project Description:
Our client is one of the leading financial services organizations with an office in Limassol Cyprus. As one of the largest banks in Asia they are driving innovation in the financial sector with cuttingedge IT products. Technical analysis of trade and processing is required as they transition their existing system to a new project. A deep understanding of the legacy system is crucial as it is being migrated to a new version. This role demands a handson approach ensuring a smooth transition in line with the migration roadmap.

Job requirements
Your Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
Convert business needs into actionable technical specifications for development teams.
Support identity and access management (AIM) initiatives through analysis and project involvement.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes and technical requirements.
Lead backlog refinement sessions and assist in sprint planning to ensure smooth project .
Provide demonstrations of new features collect feedback and prioritize necessary improvements.
Key Requirements:
Four or more years of experience as a Business Analyst in ITrelated projects.
Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
Ability to gather analyze and document business and technical requirements.
Proven ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
High attention to detail and precision in a fastpaced setting.
Demonstrated strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Proficiency in process mapping and schema design.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Appian workflows (or an equivalent)
Fintechrelated experience with payments including payment orchestration and MT messages.
