We are looking for an experienced and motivatedManager of Production to join our Alamco team in Albert Lea MN. They will lead a team of skilled individuals to create worldclass structural beams and glulam utility poles while contributing to Bells mission of radically loving and influencing lives.
This Manager of Productionwill be responsible for effectively leading and motivating our production teams to set and achieve goals improve efficiency and meet or exceed safety and quality standards while reaching sales targets. They will oversee the entire production flow while promoting employee engagement and managing performance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Associates degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: Minimum of five 5 years of experience in leadership preferably in a custom manufacturing environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS
WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
To perform the duties of this job the employee is required to use the computer for extended periods of time in a sitting or standing position. Ability to work under time constraints and ability to work in a face paced work environment. The employee will need to be able to be on their feet for an extended period. Bending stooping reaching twisting lifting pushing pulling and moving products minimum of 50 lbs. Exposure to varying types of climates. Outside environment can be dusty & noisy. Equipment & treated lumber may emit fumes.

Salary:Negotiated based on experience.
