An exciting job role has recently become available at the Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust. They are looking for a new member for their Mental Health Team.
What will your responsibilities be
You will conduct comprehensive mental health assessments develop individualized care plans and implement treatment interventions. You will administer and monitor medications observe for therapeutic effects and potential side effects and adjust treatment plans as necessary. You will work closely with psychiatrists psychologists social workers and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. Additionally you will act as a bridge between primary care and secondary mental health services providing advice support and signposting to appropriate agencies.

Qualifications and Experiences:
You must have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. Additionally you need to hold a full UK driving licence and possess postqualified experience. A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work is also required.
