Your Capco Day:
- Utilize innovative and datadriven approaches to design and execute tailored CLM strategies that optimize customer value and engagement in alignment with Capcos mission to set the global standard in customer lifecycle management.
- Play a pivotal role in strengthening and expanding Capcos client network through excellent content delivery and relationship management ensuring rapid implementation of solutions that contribute to the companys vision of revolutionizing customer lifecycle management stages and promoting growth.
- Conduct Business analysis in order to define Business requirements that are clear and understandable to your IT colleagues.
- Support the different business lines by following up on those business requirements by conducting testing for example to ensure the functionality delivery quality.
- Report regularly and in a comprehensive matter your progress and issues to the different key stakeholders.
- Be reactive and support the teams when an issue arises in order to fix / mitigate it quickly.
- Regularly update and consult with senior management on the progress and effectiveness of CLM strategies providing reports and insights work with CLM team to refine project & CLM best practices.
Your Capco Fit:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field. A masters degree or professional certifications (e.g. BSI Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
- Knowledge of the different business lines of a bank their role and interaction with the general organization
- Key skills:
- Digital Onboarding: Expertise in digital onboarding processes for private clients and SMEs.
- Digital Channels (mobile online banking application): Proficient in optimizing and managing digital channels for client engagement.
- Digital Advisory / Omnichannel: Experience in implementing digital advisory services and omnichannel strategies.
- Digital Marketing / CRM: Strong skills in digital marketing and customer relationship management.
- Experience with CLM tools such as Salesforce BSI HubSpot EngageBay for example.
- Cando attitude strong passion for business improvement and change finding joy and motivation in creating something new ability to work in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Good understanding of daytoday production activities of the different business teams
- Strong problemsolving and business analysis skills
- Fluent English and German language coupled with presentation skills.
