Job Description
Accounts Payable Assistant Full time Hybrid Burton on Trent

THE ROLE:
Join us as an Accounts Payable Assistant within our Palletforce team.Key responsibilities will be;
- Processing of all purchase invoices and credit notes matching these with purchase orders and following up on purchase order and invoice queries.
- Dealing with external and internal queries by phone and email.
- Monitoring the accounts inbox.
- Creating new vendor accounts
- Account reconciliation
- Providing back up for payment runs
- Year end audit support
- Any other Ad hoc duties
What we need from you:
Essential Skills
- MS Excel
- MS Outlook
- Good communications skills
- Previous purchase ledger experience would be beneficial.
- Sage experience would be beneficial
Desirable Skills
English & Maths Level 4 (grade C)
