Description
- Leading market strategy capture efforts and solutions to grow Scientific Research Corporation (SRC)s business
- Identifying qualifying and closing captures by interfacing with prospective customers and teaming partners building a strong opportunity pipeline and developing compelling proposals

Requirements
- Bachelors degree and 4 years of experience
- Understanding of DoD and/or NIWC contracting
Desired Skills
Experience identifying qualifying and closing DoD captures
Proven communication and sales skills and able to demonstrate leadership capabilities
Ability to translate customer needs to technical Subject Matter Experts (SME) to derive an effective solution
Adept at negotiating and establishing teaming arrangements/agreements
Strategic thinking and planning skills demonstrated effectiveness in conducting market analysis prioritizing investments and developing market penetration strategies
Quality proposal writing and review abilities is a plus
- Experience with Shipley business capture processes is a plus
Clearance Information
SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AND ELIGIBILITY FOR A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET / SCI LEVEL
Travel Requirements
- 2030 travel to meet with customers and teaming partners primarily to San Diego CA and Norfolk VA
