Job Responsibilities
Cooking and preparing food items on menu (e.g. fryers flat tops pans)
Follow sanitation and food safety standards
Clean work space resetting the kitchen every 24 hours
Follow Opening and Closing Procedures including cleaning and trash removal
Meet order efficiency expectations
Perform periodic line checks throughout the day
Contribute to inventory control management
Additional cleaning projections when applicable
Skills & Requirements:
18 years of age or older
Reliable Transportation
Ability to lift 50lbs or more
Weekend availability strongly preferred
Open availability strongly preferred
ServSafe Certification not required but preferred
