Job Description
Role: Billing and Operations engineers for infrastructure team
Client: Comcast
Location: Philadelphia PA
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science Engineering or related technical field
Two 2 years of experience developing automation software using C Bash Python SQL JavaScript and HTML
Good knowledge on AVR PIC Microcontrollers ARM Cortex M3 MPC 2129 FTDI USB chip triaging lowlevel drivers Visual Studio GIT Linux Wireshark GDB Strace Splunk and Elastic;
Developing Django projects using Python automations including Netmiko Pandas Numpy and Pyspark AWS Paramiko and Shell scripting;
Performing incident triaging and debugging.
Using communication protocols including UART I2C I2S CAN SPI and PCI (Peripheral Component Interface) EXPRESS; performing hot and cold check tests on hardware boards; working with Octoscope
Oscilloscope IXIA and Veriwave Field frequency testing over the air testing and chamber testing for 802.11n 802.11ac 802.3 and Bluetooth protocols;
Working with WiFi 6 WiFi 6E and WiFi 7 technologies.
Performing BIOS development; designing graphical chips for hardware embedded motherboards; validating and testing hardware and software in embedded systems; and troubleshooting technical differences both in hardware and software including firmware levels Boot code and Assembly code.
