OUR TEAM AND SUCCESS
Quince is a retail and technology company cofounded by a team that has extensive experience in retail technology and building early stage companies. Youll work with a team of worldclass talent from Stanford GSB Google D.E. Shaw Stitch Fix Urban Outfitters Wayfair McKinsey Nike etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Unpacking and Inspecting returned merchandise
- Receiving merchandise on computer systems
- Processing and distributing merchandise
- Reviewing merchandise to determine disposition
- Maintain inventory control based on SOP guidelines
- Fulfillment of new customer orders
- Other tasks as required to meet team goals
- Capable of working in a team environment
- Must be proficient in departmental processes as applicable to your assigned area
- Communicate vendor or processing issues to your Manager
- Communicate with fellow associates on shared assignments
- Flex as needed to other job assignments directed by the management team
- Focus and remain on task in a fastpaced environment to meet our customers expected level of service

REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to work in multiple functions across the site
- Requires high attention to detail strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Be flexible to work overtime as dictated by the business
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to stand walk push pull squat bend and reach during shifts.
- Must be able to remain in a standing stationary position for 100 of the shift
- Use carts dollies and other gear to move items around
Monday Friday 8am 5pm. This is a contract role.
We rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family background skills and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. Bonus eligibility varies by role and is determined based on the positions impact and contribution to our strategic goals.
Pay Range
$20 $20 USD
