Our challenge

We are seeking Angular Lead candidate will passionate about handson development and has extensive experience in building applications using the latest version of Angular. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on microfrontend architecture enabling the delivery of scalable maintainable and highperformance web applications. In this role candidate will not only lead the team but also actively contribute to the development process.

Additional Information

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law the base salary for this role if filled within Pittsburgh PA is$110k $120k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design development and implementation of microfrontend solutions using Angular.
  • Write clean maintainable and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Develop reusable components and libraries to streamline future development efforts.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure the teams code quality meets organizational standards.
  • Stay uptodate with emerging trends and technologies in Angular and microfrontend architecture.
  • Implement testing strategies including unit tests and integration tests to ensure application reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both development and production environments.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives to promote team collaboration and efficiency.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.

Requirements:

You are:

  • 10 years of experience in frontend development with a focus on Angular (latest version).
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing microfrontend architectures.
  • Handson experience with state management libraries (e.g. NgRx Akita) and modular design practices.
  • Strong proficiency in Angular TypeScript JavaScript HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Familiarity with build tools and package managers (e.g. Webpack npm).
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD practices.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

It would be great if you also had:

  • Experience with other frontend frameworks (e.g. React Vue.js) is a plus.
  • Understanding of cloud services (e.g. AWS Azure) and modern deployment practices (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. JIRA Trello).
