Brand Addition employs over 400 people globally across our 8 operations in the US Europe and Asia. We focus on providing ethically sourced promotional merchandise to help some of the worlds largest brands communicate their brand message on both a local and global basis.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about their work as well as eager to make a difference. The right candidate is energetic and enjoys working in a fastpaced environment.This person will be working within the Special Orders Sales Department and must show initiative and ambition to succeed. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with client contacts and their peers to help grow sales
  • Assist with event prep
  • Run reporting as requested for sales data QBRs etc.
  • Work with internal teams on Redemption site set ups and manage the timeline and data associated with.
  • Assist with client presentations; familiarity with PowerPoint required
  • Attend events as needed to help support
  • Gain an understanding of promotional products and the industry
  • Develop and maintain relationships with other departments
  • Work with the team to hit team and company goals
  • Support other teams as needed
  • Leverage internal CRM tool to manage client opportunities / proposals / quotes / and communication tracking.
  • Source creative and relevant product for client events
  • Develop client presentations for bespoke products retail brands & other promotional products and follow the opportunity through the sales process until the order is accepted.
  • Work with the team to hit department and company margin and sales goal.

Necessary Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 Years BtoB sales. Promotional industry experience preferred
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Must be able to meet multiple deadlines in short time frames
  • Customer centric attitude
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Great communication skills both written & verbal with internal and external contacts
  • Fast learner with excellent problem solving skills
  • Positive teamfirst attitude
