We are looking for a Solutions Consultant who loves exploring the intersection of modern frontend development product design and business strategy. This role will join our sales team based in Sydney and will be pivotal to driving Figmas growth within the APAC region. Youll partner with established teams across our sales organization to drive value within our customer base decreasing their time to value and helping them sustain longterm impact. Youll build strong relationships across Sales Product and Marketing.
In this role youll blend your developer knowledge with your ability to convey design best practices helping large organizations unlock the power of the Figma platform.
This is a full time role that is based in our newly opened Sydney hub.
What youll do at Figma:
- Paint the vision of the Figma Platform and guide customers in realizing the value through product demonstrations and presentations.
- Partner with the Sales team by addressing Figma platform questions and showcasing how Figma accelerates digital product delivery to prospective customers (presales) and existing customers (postsales).
- Manage IT and Security relationships during the deal cycle by addressing security questionnaires RFIs RFPs identity and enterprise questions.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence the product roadmap through customer insights.
- Strengthen Figmas security reputation by understanding customer concerns about data access and working with product and legal teams to resolve findings.
- Design and scale technical sales efforts facilitating conversations and connections between our customers sales and product teams.
- Translate complex technical concepts for both nondevelopers and expert audiences.
- Collaborate with amazing Figmates to hone your craft and execute daily.

Wed love to hear from you if you have:
- 8 years professional experience with proven ability to problem solve
- 4 years of product development experience using a modern componentbased framework
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
- Excellent communication skills within a variety of audiences and a knack for delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations
- Familiarity with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem in Australia and New Zealand
- Ability to prioritize competing demands from customers and balance their needs against those of the business
- Comfortlevel with up to 25 of travel
While its not required its an added plus if you also have:
- Familiarity with developer workflows and frontend frameworks
- Experience with corporate Identity Management (SAML SCIM)
