The Hilton Boston Park Plaza is seeking a Restaurant Server to join our team!
We have a premier Back Bay location surrounded by shopping dining and entertainment. Boston Common and the Public Garden are steps away from us while Beacon Hill and the Theater District are within a halfmile. As one of Bostons most historic hotels we are rooted in community and committed to growing the people and places that make our city thrive.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of food server experience in a restaurant or hotel restaurant environment previous customer service experience and full availability including nights weekends and holidays.
Shift Pattern: Full availability is needed for this role including nights weekends and holidays
Pay Range: $16.50 / hour

What will I be doing
As a Food Server you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests.
Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Respond to guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner.
- Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials.
- Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate pointofsale system.
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
- Serve alcoholic/nonalcoholic beverages in accordance with federal state local and company regulations.
- Ensure serving station is wellstocked at all times.
