Founded in 2011 Kriya has helped businesses collect over 27 billion in B2B payments and advanced over 3.7 billion worth of credit through working capital and business loans. Kriya has a widereaching network of strategic distribution partners including Barclays Bank and is backed by a prestigious array of equity investors including Northzone Barclays Bank and Mouro Capital (owned by Santander Bank).
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a strategic business initiative at Kriya to deliver on key company goals. Reporting directly to the CEO as an Operating Principal you will have dedicated resources to solve complex business problems. This is a diverse role where you will work across many functions to start or scale business lines and drive strategic projects to completion. This role is suited to people who want autonomy to lead on complex tasks and pursue their interest in financial services and technology within an entrepreneurial setting.
Requirements
What youll be doing
- Identifying growth and revenue opportunities
- Building and optimising scalable processes to support the companys growth
- Leading multidiscipline teams to execute on key company goals
What youll need
- A STEM or another quantitative degree from a toptier university
- At least 3 years previous experience in an Investment Banking/Private Equity Strategy consulting or relevant fintech company
- A track record of working with crossfunctional teams to get hard projects done
