Job Description Summary

This position embodies an exceptional customer service experience to the client/colleague/end user in a corporate environment for a global professional services firm. Office Services Associate (OSA) will engage at the appropriate level to support contracted service lines to include mail print (MFD troubleshooting and maintenance) hospitality facilities and audio/visual. Pick up and deliver copy jobs faxes and packages. Advise colleagues of mailroom protocols as needed. Assume accountability for all support functions for assigned floor(s)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Delivery and pick up USPS and accountable mail (Fed Ex UPS DHL messenger and other incoming packages throughout floors to and from distribution center Keep inventory of all supplies in mail areasincludes USPS and accountable mail Audit and update mail lists as needed Support confidential document shredding in accordance with stated policy Arrange and maintain conference rooms for meetings lunches and various events Maintain inventory of all office supplies (general supplies paper toner etc. Primary support for two large floors or more if required Use of high speed MFDs (multifunction devices) Provide service colleague support and 1st level maintenance for MFDs Monitor assigned floor for facilities related issues such as lights outages carpet stains wall damage etc. and report accordingly Ensure pantries have adequate supplies and replenish as needed Maintain coffee and ice machines Distribute firm wide distributions as needed; desk drops. Post client signage as requested in designated areas Execute morning facilities checklist on assigned floors Clean and make ready workstations/offices for new hires Maintain mailstop spreadsheet to reflect new hires/terminations Responsible for storage transport and replacement of CO2 tanks for soda/water machines Collect glass and dishware load wash and return items to designated floor locations Order vending machine supplies as needed (OW) Stock vending machines with products as needed (OW) Clean out refrigerators weekly Monitor clean desk policy for compliance Test and troubleshoot audiovisual equipment prior to scheduled meeting time utilize established checklist Report issues with audiovisual equipment to ensure quick resolution Assist other OSAs as needed to meet demand Work overtime as needed to assist with special projects All duties as assigned. Must assist in providing services in all service lines in addition to primary role. JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS: Able to lift 5075 lbs. High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Copier/fax/FedEx/postage machine knowledge Basic computer skills SPECIAL SKILLS: Ability to handle multiple tasks Strong interpersonal skills Strong customer service skills Strong organizational skills Ability to work with minimal supervision Outstanding punctuality/attendance record

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement the geographic area in which the work will be performed market pay rates in that area and the candidates experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $20.00 $20.00
