Senior Solutions Engineer/Architect
Security Clearance Requirement: No RequirementSalary Range: $125K $195K

Job Description
As the Senior Solutions Engineer/Architect you will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design manage and implement highquality technical solutions that meet both customer and internal requirements. You will design and develop scalable web and desktop applications manage DevSecOps tools and support cloud services (AWS and Azure).Additionally you will contribute to the full software development lifecycle with a focus on automated CI/CD deployment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in frontend and backend technologies strong communication skills and a passion for delivering innovative and highquality solutions.
Position Responsibilities
Technical Development:- Design build and maintain scalable responsive web and desktop applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Create intuitive user interfaces with JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React Angular Vue.js).
- Develop and maintain serverside logic APIs and databases using Node.js Python MS .NET or Java.
- Work with thirdparty APIs and integrate cloud services into solutions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure management as needed.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members enforcing coding standards and reviewing code.
- Optimize system performance and resolve frontend and backend bottlenecks.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where applicable.
- Collaborate with capture managers and proposal teams to understand customer needs and develop technical solutions that are complete compliant innovative and responsive.
- Document solutions including Concept of Operations (CONOPs) and storyboards to support technical content development.
Qualifications
- 5yrs as a Solutions Architect/Engineer or Software Reliability Engineer.
- Strong understanding of Cloud (AWS Azure) DevSecOps (Terraform Kubernetes and GitLab) Software Development API Development and Maintenance and AI technologies.
- 3yrs experience supporting proposal solution development in a government contracting environment.
- Proficiency in HTML CSS JavaScript and frameworks like React Angular or Vue.js.
- Experience with Node.js Python Ruby Java or PHP and frameworks like NUnit Jest or Selenium.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Tactical Kit (TAK).
- Experience with PNT EW SATCOM or RF technologies for DoD systems.
- Proficiency in C# .NET WPF and React Native.
- Knowledge of containerization (e.g. Docker Kubernetes) and serverless technologies.
- Experience with Agile tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence).
- Familiarity with CMMI and ISO standards.
