Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Setting sales targets and goals for individual sales representatives.
• Motivating and inspiring the team to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Resolving customer complaints and addressing issues promptly.
• Overseeing the management of new and used car inventory.
• Desking of both new and used deals.
• Monitoring stock levels and adjusting orders based on market demand.
• Keeping the team informed about new products features and industry trends.
• Collaborating with other departments (marketing finance etc. to align strategies.
• Generating reports for senior management on sales performance and trends.
• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Requirements:

• A proven track record of setting and achieving sales targets
• Experience with vAuto and similar software is an asset
• 1 years previous experience in automotive management
• A valid drivers license
