Wellstar Medical Group is seeking a fellowship trained colon and rectal surgeon to join our established group in Marietta GA.
Practice is 100 colon and rectal surgery joining two Colon and Rectal surgeons
Physician will practice at one office location and do surgeries at Kennestone Hospital in the main OR and outpatient center. May have the opportunity to operate in various ASCs.
No ED call practice call only which will be roughly 1:10.
Ideal candidates will be fellowship trained
Candidates must be willing and interested in working in a very busy hospital and semiacademic environment with opportunity to teach residents.
Candidates must be willing to grow a very busy practice in the Marietta community must have excellent bedside manner be a great team player and be looking for a longterm career in a health system employed hospital setting.
Wellstar Kennestone Hospital is 633 beds a level 1 trauma center and the busiest ED in the state. Kennestone has a Trauma Acute Care Surgery service and Hospital Medicine service in house 24/7.
