A Typical Day:
- Welcome prospective residents; learn more about what their living needs are tour the community; and find the connection between their needs and our amenities.
- Follow up with prospects and work toward selling our communities to our prospects.
- Complete all the steps that go with the lease application process.
- Express yourself as an expert on our community offerings rents and amenities.
- Perform offsite and internet market research and assist in preparing marketing plans.
- Assist with coordinating resident social events and functions to assure our residents love where they live.
