You will:
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers providing guidance on HR policies talent development and workforce planning.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Support and coach managers on performance management employee engagement and team dynamics.
- Play a key role in employee relations ensuring a positive and productive work culture.
- Drive HR projects related to talent management DE&I and organizational development.
- Continuously improve HR processes to enhance employee experience and business performance.

We ask:
- At least 1 year experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Proactive mindset initiative and goaloriented perspective.
- Analytical mindset and wellorganized.
- You are a star in stakeholder management.
- Availability for regular monthly travel to our 2nd office location in ClujNapoca
