Responsibilities:
- Determine the strategic direction and goals for the food services department across multiple systems.
- Successfully implement innovative programs and initiatives to enhance the dining experience
- Collaborate with executive chefs and registered dietitians to ensure worldclass culinary offerings
- Oversee budget management and financial performance for a managed volume of $12M
- Strictly adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Food/Hospitality or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in food services
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ambitious and driven to compete in a fastpaced environment
