PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION(S):
SECONDARY FUNCTION(S):
Works cooperatively and effectively with Agency volunteers maximizing the volunteers experience while meeting the needs of individuals served and the programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma plus at least two years of clerical experience. Legible handwriting. Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative and judgment and to work independently. Basic knowledge of filing systems (paper and electronic) and applications and demonstrated ability to maintain files in an accurate and uptodate manner. Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and SharePoint. Must have an acceptable driving record as determined by criteria established by the Agencys insurance carrier and by Agency policy.
NOTE: At the discretion of the Personnel Officer additional related experience and/or education may be substituted in lieu of the requirements specified above under Education and Experience.
