Knowledge & Experience
- Real estate investment analysis economics and international capital markets.
- Financial cash flow modeling in Excel.
- Preparation of marketing materials and sale documents.
- Buyside consultancy including reports and investment analysis.
- Assistance in preparing presentations and commercial documents.
- Conducting property inspections.
Skills & Personal Qualities
- At least 12 years experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Experience with PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Creative thinker with strong problemsolving abilities.
- Commercial awareness and strategic mindset.
- Prior experience in valuation or financial analysis is a plus.
- Knowledge of urban planning is a plus.
- Team player with a proactive attitude willing to collaborate and share knowledge.
- Ability to take ownership of projects
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and continuously striving for improvement.
