Compensation: $21.00/hour Housing allowance monthly for the summer internship

Position Description:

Interns will gain an understanding of the facility management process and will assist the sitespecific supervisors in the project management work field. The internship program provides the intern an opportunity to learn about Hensel Phelps.

Position Qualifications:

  • Assist with Site Projects.
  • Assist with site operations.
  • Assist with quality control and support of our safety plan.
  • Analyze operational data and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Other tasks as assigned

Essential Duties:

  • Undergraduate students majoring in Facilities Management or other related majors and programs.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of computer software Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel based templates Prolog Primavera and AutoDesk Suite.
  • Ability to think critically and problem solve.
