Sarasota FL On-site Full-time MondayFriday 7am 4pm

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A FACILITY CLEANER:
- Maintain cleanliness of office spaces production areas restrooms and shared facilities.
- Sweep mop and vacuum floors across assigned areas daily.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and restock supplies as needed.
- Dust office furniture baseboards and common surfaces.
- Clean and maintain breakroom and kitchen areas for employees use daily.
- Remove trash from offices and shared spaces and dispose of it appropriately. daily.
- Conduct regular deep cleaning of high-traffic areas.
- Monitor and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the Facilities Manager.
WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- At least 1 year of consecutive work experience is preferred; janitorial or building maintenance experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work on your feet including walking bending and standing for extended periods.
- Comfortable lifting up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.
- Reliable self-motivated and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to successfully complete pre-employment background screenings.
- Hourly rate of $16/hr. Full-time M-F 7am 4pm schedule
