Under the direction of the Senior Director of Facilities Operations the Facilities Maintenance Manager R&R Center is responsible for overseeing and conducting the regular maintenance and repairs general housekeeping landscape maintenance snow and ice removal vendor management and equipment preventative maintenance of the Pawling R&R property buildings and equipment.
The Facilities Maintenance Manager must be willing to work a flexible schedule of 40 hours per week (Monday Friday TuesdaySaturday or SundayThursday) but also be on call 24/7 as necessary in case of emergency. On occasion this position may be required to work overtime or adjust daily hours to address emergencies. Under extreme emergencies for instance a severe storm it may be necessary to remain in the building overnight for the safety and security of the animals.

Compensation and Benefits:
Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to education training experience location business needs internal equity market demands or budgeted amount for the role. The target hiring range is for new hire offers only and staff compensation may increase beyond the maximum hiring range based on performance over time. The maximum of the hiring range is reserved for candidates with the highest qualifications and relevant experience. The expected hiring salary range for this role is set forth below and may be modified in the future.
For hourly roles: The target hiring range for this role is $33.18$35.58 hourly.
