Job Description
We are seeking a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Consultant to assist in building out the RPA capabilities of a federal customer. The candidate for this role should have experience with RPA tools (UiPath preferred) process reengineering to support RPA and an understanding of RPA process documentation. This candidate should be very comfortable interfacing with clientsasking questions gathering requirements and encouraging them to think about their existing processes with a critical eye. Ideally this candidate would be familiar with the federal procurement lifecycle and processes but this is not required.
This project requires fulltime inperson support at the clients headquarters in Crystal City Arlington VA.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Financial Services Division and other division offices to automate manual processes using UiPath.
- Assist the automation team in maintaining and prioritizing the RPA backlog. When possible gather new automation ideas from endusers and understand how RPA will assist them.
- Interface with clients to gather information on their existing processes automation requirements roadblocks and end goals.
- Document RPA SOPs use cases requirements and process designs.
- Design and develop RPA automations using UiPath Studio.
- Assist with deployment and troubleshooting of UiPath Robot licenses to end users.
- Assist the IT Department with the UiPath Orchestrator upgrades and maintenance.
- Be an advocate for automation and its benefits throughout the agency.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year experience in RPA role.
- UiPath Certified Developer (preferred).
- Secret clearance or higher is preferred or ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
