- Collaborate closely with our dentists to accurately diagnose and provide personalized care for each patient
- Choose appropriate materials and tools for dental cleanings based on individual oral health assessments
- Perform thorough dental cleanings by removing deposits and stains on teeth and below gum lines
- Identify potential oral diseases through oral cancer screenings gum examinations and radiographic studies
- Halt tooth decay by administering fluoride treatments and other preventive measures
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to proactive patientcentered care
- Work effectively within a team showcasing exceptional interpersonal skills
- Execute all necessary clinical procedures including cleanings periodontal maintenance and fluoride applications
- Approach tasks with a positive and problemsolving attitude
- Show empathy and compassion towards patients
- Current dental hygienist license in Minnesota or Wisconsin and an Associates or Bachelors degree in dental hygiene
- Soon to graduate from dental hygiene school
- Experience with children
- Passionate about making a difference in the life of a child
- Likes to have fun and enjoys teamwork
- Solid working knowledge of dental terminology equipment and practices
- CPR certified
- Good computer skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Attention to detail
- Wellorganized and reliable
- Experience working with teams
