What youll do
We are seeking an organised individual who is highly motivated and works well independently in a fastpaced environment as well as within a team. As a Project Enablement Junior youll manage the of comprehensive learning journeys encompassing diverse BTS practices including Strategy Alignment Leadership Innovation Coaching and Digital Solutions.
The candidate must be authorized to work in the European Union on a permanent basis without the need for employer sponsorship.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with consultants and facilitators for managing online and offline trainings processes ensuring high quality and smooth participants experience.
Coordinate project logistics planification and communication with clients and colleagues.
Support participants in virtual training experiences.
Assist in data collection for learning impact measurements maintaining uptodate client databases.
Desirable skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel Outlook Word and PowerPoint).
Knowledge of elearning management or LMS technologies; prior experience is a plus.
Experience in managing ERP systems (Salesforce) is a plus.
Project management abilities client focus organizational skills and accountability.
Positive and solutionfinding attitude when faced with challenges confidence to perform own role without unnecessary support in normal circumstances.
Independent a quick learner and comfortable taking on responsibility.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills aligned with BTS values.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Recent graduates
Fluency in Spanish required
