We are looking for a customer service oriented individual to be stationed at our reception desk at the entrance of the dealership to greet walkin customers answer incoming calls and direct them to the correct personnelor department and to assist management with administrative duties.No previous experience required. Training will be provided. PartTime or FullTime. Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.Our dealership is on the corner of 107th Avenue and 12th Street in Doral FL directly across the street from the Miami International Mall and down the street from the Dolphin Mall.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers as they arrive at the dealership and direct them to the department or staff member that they are there to see
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the correct personnel or department
Keep track of daily appointments
Keep the customer waiting area prepared and stock with available amenities
Report to sales manager
Assists with other requested administrative duties
